Claiming rstETH yields

rstETH benefits from two yield generation strategies: Ethereum staking & EigenLayer restaking.

Ethereum staking yields will be provided through a rebasing mechanism, like stETH. The supply of rstETH will grow as per the Ethereum beacon chain ether balance update. The rebase will be done as per the validator’s performance. Rebasing will be done daily, and the number of tokens in your wallet will increase as per the validator’s performance. You will automatically earn this yield by holding rstETH in your wallet.

EigenLayer restaking yields will be provided through a claiming mechanism. Your address’ yield will be calculated by Restake Finance and will be claimable from the dApp. Yield will accrue over time and anyone will be able to claim their specific yield anytime through the decentralised smart contract.
