DAO Governance

Our core goal is to accrue value to token holders – through governance and yield generation.Restake Finance is managed by the DAO, that will give stakeholders the power to influence the direction of the project, propose and vote on various decisions, and collectively manage the protocol. The DAO will be governed with the use of our utility and governance token – RSTK.

The DAO is responsible for the efficient growth and adoption of the protocol, and is responsible of functions that include but are not limited to:

- Bootstrapping the protocol’s core contributors - Management of core contributors and future contributors - Product development with a long-term vision in mind - Protocol growth via management of ecosystem incentives - Incentivize participants to contribute with skills, knowledge, and resources to the long-term development of the protocol - Initiating and sustaining relationships with key DeFi protocols

With the protocol currently in its bootstrapping phase, the core contributors will be responsible of the functions listed above. Long term, we are aiming to move to a decentralized on-chain proposal based voting system.
